An Eye for a Tooth

I loved it!

In animal welfare we see the best and worst in mankind. While I don’t condone violence, we have all had that “Pack” mentality thought when we have to care for animals that have been abused by humans.

An Eye for a Tooth is well written with a good storyline and intriguing characters. With many twists, turns and a surprise ending -- it's unlike any other murder-mystery I've ever seen. I highly recommend it.

Just finished An Eye for a Tooth. FANTASTIC! Good plot, great character development. Found it to be riveting. Read it three times to fully grasp all the cultural nuances and plot twists. Rob is an excellent writer who draws you emotionally into this very different crime drama.

An Eye for a Tooth is a refreshing twist on the murder mystery “Who Done It” genre. Its main characters are engaging and thought provoking. I found myself rooting for both protagonist and antagonist at different times in the book.

The action caught me by surprise – there were many plot twists along the way which kept my emotions on a roller coaster ride to the finish. At times I found myself laughing, crying, anxious, angry, and hopeful. There were so many layers to the book, different perspectives to consider, that had me questioning and analyzing my views on the highlighted issues. And when I drew near to the final chapter, as I do with all my favorite novels, I put the book down for a few days—not wanting it to end.

I highly recommend An Eye for a Tooth. The characters and the issues will stay with you, forever engraved in your mind and heart. It has the makings of a classic, albeit a highly unconventional one, and I definitely hope there will be a sequel.

I will follow this protagonist anywhere!

Rob knocked this proverbial page turner out of the park, as in, "... hold on honey. I need to finish this chapter first!" The suspense and quick plot turns had me on the edge of my seat. I love an engaging well-crafted thriller!

An Eye For A Tooth is one of the most original stories I have read in quite some time. The plot twists are amazing and you immediately relate to the characters.
